Hi,

I am using a Nokia C3-00 (v 08.71 15-11-11 RM-614) that was lying virtually unused for almost a year.

This phone was briefly used with another service provider.

when I open the Messages there are blank messages in the Inbox and Sent folders. These messages cannot be read / opened and deleted, and are present even after a factory reset and firmware / software updates.

When the phone is connected to the Ovi Suite these messages are readable (mostly service request / reply messages sent / recieved to / from the first cellular operator), but still cannot be deleted.

This makes me think that this is either a bug or there are some issues with my phones OS.

Please help me in this regard.

You may trying using the same sim again & delete the messages if possible. But if it doesn't work please contact the nearest authorized Nokia Care Center in this regard. You can find one by clicking on www.nokia.com/support.
