Nokia C5-03 and Nokia C6

I just have a question about these phones. I've read that both have the same operating system (S60 v5.0). So why does the C6 have those widgets on the home-screen and the C5-03 not? Will there be maybe an update, so that the C5-03 will have the same feature?

Yeah ! it's true instead of trying to give an anna or belle update.They can provide C6 or N97 Home screen(because of same os )
