i'm very very sorry about you.
I have purchased c6 on its first release.
But later good phones released for this price.
And we have written all problems about the phone in many forum.
Now u have purchased this. Seems to be funny. Why u ppl not searching for problems b4 purchasing.

Nokia in their site hide the speed and ram detail.
Now they r displaying for some mobiles bcoz these r 1ghz phone.
U made a mistake.
Do some exchange offer when nokia 600 released.
Or sell and buy some other brand
else be patient and wait for ur next purchase

They even don't know about what product we r talking about.
Then how they will give us a solution.

Its a testing time for nokia.
See nokia is withstanding for its smartpones only for fm tx,nfc,tv out,usg otg.
But with new handicaped windows its going to ruin its life.
See whats worst @ wp mango
no sd card.
Max mem sup by os 28GB
no av out.
No fm tx.
No nfc.
No hdmi out.
No usb otg.
No true multi tasking.
And upcoming WP-apollo will not be compatible with WP-7.5
as 7.5 is a update for 7 u wil not get any update.
And many of MS os update will costs
so free os update is rare.
And high cost WP phone.
Only u have is stylish home screen thats it.
Windows is just growing child.
Symbian has grown to matured state.
Symbian needs only stylish.
But windows having only stylish.

Any way as a client its our wish.
Else we go for android.
As we missed our symbian.

Y i'm writing here is c6-00 is bad one
so most of the user will move soon.
So ....... Think and google bad things of WP and android then decide.

hey.

i bought this phone one the realse date in 2010 july in taiwan

im currently living in new zealand.

last year around november my phonez touch screen function stoped functioning 

i went to the new zealand nokia service centre and only got a very dissapointing respone.

they said the phone was not manufactured and sold in new zealand so the "new zealand service centre" cannot do much about the phone.. (I AM STILL VERY DISSAPOINTED WITH NOKIA!! I HAVE USE NOKIA PHONES THROUGH OUT MY WHOLE LIFE!!)

luckly i was goin back to taiwan in december so i gave it to the taiwanese service centre to fix it.

they didnt tell me what happend to the phone but some how they fixed it.

right now i am experience the same problem but worse this time..

my phone screen is not working at all.

it started with the touch screen function not working occasionaly and then completly then the screen is not even working properly. when i push the screen out i can see my mainpage( wateva u call the page) for a second and it dissapear again.

this started happening this morning and right now i cant use my phone AT ALL!!

i havent drop my phone in the last few months so i am sure i is not my carelessness that caused this problem. 

can anyone please help?

another problem i forgot to mention is that three daes ago.. when i was txting with the kepad. my screen pixles jst........ dissolved.. and the phone got turned off....

not sure what happend but i was able to turn it on straight after so didnt think much about it.

Hi,

This problem can be due to the cable connecting the keypad and the display.

You need to take to Nokia care and have them chked the phone specifically for the interconnection.

Else ask them to change the display.

Another problem of the phone getting shut down is possible due to an old sim card that can create problems.

You can try getting a new sim and verify if the phone shuts down.

You are right funk...!

The problem was with the STRIP being slightly cut connecting keyboard and display. And this happened due to regular sliding in out of keyboard for messaging. Which is bad to know.

Hi I have also the same problem the touch screen is not responding. I just updated the software to v 42.0.004.

S/W Version Date: 12-01-2012

Custome Version: 42.0.004.C01.01.

Language Set: 24

Model: C6-00

Type: RM-612

After updation after one week my c6-00 is not usable the touch screen is totally gone.

Please suggest something what can i do now.

I have the same problem with c6-01. I just ordered it from Quatar about three days before in Nepal. I inserted the sim just today and made only three phone calls. Once went to download "Netuin Security", anti virus software, it stopped working---stopped, stopped and stopped for forever. I hate NOKIA FROM NOW ONWARD. Nokia is just useless if you buy for internet surfing. Further, the service centre is not much responsible to customer worldwide.

I ask Nokia company either to build very good qualitative material or shot down your company. Does anybody have solution to hanging up of c6-01 model?

I don't know how you people do feel... But I feel completely insulted by the attitude of Nokia. C6 is been a problematic set since it's very early release. Nokia could not release a single version of firmware which solve all of them. I think, they are not interested either.

Customer satisfaction is a fairy tale; bottom line is- they sold the device, got the money and now all the headache belongs to user. Whatever you ask, they replied only soft reset, hard reset and re install. Finally they would advise you to take your phone to Nokia care, they would return you repaired set, for the time being which will going to start malfunction very soon.

I am very tired. C6-00 is not a cheap set that I can just let it go. I am frustrated. What can I do if Nokia doesn't care ? Only thing I would probably do is to never a buy a phone from nokia. And I WILL do that.

Probably all of you, who are suffering should consider this option
