i hope nokia will find the fix for the bug ASAP..nokia will not loose its priority in market..apart from the hanging problem Is its touch ,accelorometer,camera work fines or not?
Do You know how long they can keep phone in repair? I can't find it in guarantee statement on website? Is there anyone, who send c6 to repair and the problem was fixed?

I'm not buying that story - You know what's the problem, but You can't say... You excuse us in the name of nokia, but on this forum You want to be like like us - public... Is it a hardware or software problem? What for are you writing that You know something if you can't say anything? Because of that I think You're simply cheating us..And You'll have less clients in the future, but maybe that's the goal???
I hope its not a hardware problem... my phone hangs after I get a call from landline and not from another mobile phone - seems like some protocol issue. In fact, I don;t get the end call sign on the display.. as the display goes blank..
I dont use autolock and I manually lock the phone. The frequency of phone hangs is less now (after 4GB memory card) but hang persists.
My request to - Nokia bashers, Legal experts et all, please use this forum to get a technical solution. If you want to express any other opinion apart from technical performance of your phone, please use appropriate forums (there are dozens of them, if you don;t know you can search in the internet)...

This tips is good, after refreshing my c6 as under tips my hangging problem solve 50 %.. i also feel that avoid to install any other outsided software. After refresh handset as under tips my all added software are unistall from my memarry & ny my handset hang only 2 to 3 tims instand of 20 to 30 times per day...

I have again given my phone (hanged position) to care center for the 3'rd and last time. I told them to do whatever they can do, send it to head office, China, Finland whereever, I do not want to see that problem again.
I am sure they will waste another 5-7 days and will handover me the same problematic phone.
I will inform you whatever happens.

I really REGRET buying this piece of Sh** ...called mobile phone which lets u always connected with ur frns...what if it is switched OFF by itself and u don't know at all as you always do not stare at your phone..assuming it is always ON...but it was off many times( for more than 2 hours) since i bought it two weeks back...
I was wondering why no call from any of my clients from past two hours and this bloody piece was OFF in my pocket,,,Thanks Nokia...better leave market or sell yourself to some good organization...
I can't believe this...Nokia sucks...cheap...i bought this phone 2 weeks back and it gets switched off itself..also, if i press power button it does not start ,....i need to remove the battery and insert it again to have it started....i don't know if this problem is with C6 only...but i had this issue with N73 also....
Hope you guys never have any prob with your phone...i would say...better go for Samsung and be happy...
This is my last phone from NOKIA that is decided at least....they can not lead the market ever ...hanging was always the issue with Nokia and now this,.....sad...

my nokia C6 hangs alot these days. I bought this phone two weeks ago. I tried to update the software via ovi suite but an error occurs as "non-commercial software installed on your device" and the update jus exits. I also tried with nokia software updater but it jus restarts within 2mins and wizard says "device software installed". But the contacts,homescreen and the phone update status will be "not updated" and the phone jus keeps freezing numerous times a day.

Hope nokia will fix these bugs in next software update. And the issue of "non-commercial software error" related with software update.
I will wait till monday for the solution. And if still nothing I 'll demand my money back to buy the sony ericsson xperia mini. NINE days without a reliable phone!! I have missed many calls and felt stressed trying to remove the battery and restart the phone 10 times every day. How many of you have done that while driving at the same time?? I have.

I had been waiting for this phone Nokia C6-00 for months and got very disappointed to see these many problems with this handset... I had almost bought it 10 days ago but somehow restrained myself from doing so, but I still get tempted all the time to buy it.
I had been following this post since the very first day and to my surprise NOKIA has not taken any crucial steps to solve this issue. The only one responding to the customers is an employee "LAITOS" who only shares his opinion but not any official comments...
This is a very unprofessional approach from NOKIA. I firmly believe that there should be someone from NOKIA responding to customer issues who also takes the responsibility of his comments (comment should be OFFICIAL from NOKIA). This forum is meant for support in terms of technical issues and not some kind of moral support (like "my opinion is that we will solve this issue soon").
I am eagerly waiting to buy this handset once the issue is resolved.
No offence to any NOKIA employees as I can understand your situation but still customers need guarentee as they have invested their hard earned money and now the much precious time.

All languages like C++, VBA, Delphi, etc are using some formula to generate random number but the process is repeatable.
