Hello 
I have a nokia c6-00 and it started lagging when i open the keyboard, its was nothing much. I've installed a new software with nokia ovi and it worked fine, but after a couple of weeks it started to lag again even worse the screen became blank and i know the phone was still working but its all black.
i've went to nokia care and they said there's no spare parts for my model!!!
i've tried to send an email to nokia throught this link : http://www.nokia.com/eg-ar/support/contact/contact
but there's an error there too, i comes up with an error msg.
its annoying me to know that there's no supprt from nokia at all. any solutions??
