I have had my nokia c1-01 for almost an year now but of late it has brought me nothing but problems. When i begin a conversation, many more conversations form themselves and even some that i have never had. Then i try and delete them but i receive a message, "Error occured. Deletion not completed." The worst part is that when i try to open the conversations, the phone restarts all the time. I have tried to restore all from factory settings but even when i do this, they still come back. Please assist

have you checked that you have the latest firmware installed on your device, via checking via Nokia Suite on your PC? if there are any updates, please update to the latest version offered. failing that, you can try re-installing your current firmware thru Nokia Suite.
