hello,
I'm using nokia c5-03 for almost 6 months. I hav the following problems , which i couldn't find any solutions
1. .mp4 videos are not smooth in my phone even the videos downloaded from nokia ovi store are not playing well.
2. Phone is tooo slow especially for camera and gallary,
3. There are many bugs in my phones like i have two calculator in my menu, automatially connecting gprs, etc.

I have nearly 40mb free memmory, and almost 35mb free ram.My firmwire is upto date,

is there any solutions for these problems.

Try to make internal memory free. Install all apps and games to memory card.

thank you sreekanthsd for your comment. Actually my internal memmory is about 40 mb. I formated my phone using *#7370# . But the problem stil continues. I think that is a firmwire problem, i'm waiting for new version of firmwire.

Thank you for your post.

If after the hard reset you are still experiencing problems, please plug in your Nokia C5-03 to your computer via usb and install(or reinstall) the latest software version using Nokia Suite.

Regarding the GPRS problem- Do you have Whatsapp installed on the phone or have you configured the e-mail client. If yes then they both always require to connect to internet. Same goes for many homescreen widgets.

i installed latest software edition in my C5-03 through Nokia ovi suite. but all problems still exist.

I'm not using whatsapp neither configured email client,

i have NetQin Mobile Anti-virus. i tried to manage all application's internet connectivity permission through this app. but this problem still exist. i usually delete my APN when i'm not using the gprs/3g.

Thanku for ur responce,I think There is no, homescreen widget available for this s60v5 phone. I couldn't find any.

Go to the configuration/connectivity settings of the phone & check if its set to always online. If yes set it to when needed.

I have problem with my Nokia C5-03, when you want to unlock the phone, pressing the Unlock my phone will not be unlocked, so I try ten times, then we can unlock, do a few minutes and after that normally blocks the entire phone, which can be a problem. Sorry for my bad English.

You may try the following steps:

1. Try soft reset. Go to Menu > Settings and Phone > Phone mgmt. > Factory settings.
2. You may calibrate the touch screen of your phone. To do this, go to Menu > Settings and Phone > Touch input > Touch screen calibration. 
3. Update the software. See here for the instructions. 
4. Visit Nokia Care if the issue still persists.
