OVI Store Still Wil Not Download 2 my C7....?

After doing ALL the Symbian Qt dnld'g I'm still "unable to install" the OVI store on my device...UGH!!!  My husband was able to get the "Maps" on my phn, but still NO OVI store....y??  This is ridiculous...does anyone in the tech world that is really, really knowledgeable of Nokia phns especially the C7 that can help get the OVI store software on my phn...Finally? 

 

Thanx!!!

 

p.s.  I do not want 2  have 2 reset my phn 4 the 50th time...
