I can`t update my Nokia C3-00 firmware to v08.70 as Nokia Suite or Nokia Software Updater... I`m recieving an error that my connection to the phone have been lost and I have to follow some steps in adition to restore the connection but it doesn`t restore; I recieve a blank screen on the phone "Test mode" and i have to eject the battery and put it back and it comes to normal but no sign of v08.70....

Please help me!!!

I have had this problem, too.  But now there is the new version on my mobile. I coludn't uptade the software first, because there were a mistake: the SIM card were on the mobile.

So take the SIM off and try again.

No.. it doesn`t work... Nokia Suite requires the sim card in the phone... to start update....

you can't update only if you have a sim card in the mobile phone... So any other solution????

Done i`ve managed to solve it!

Do a backup!

Format your phone(  *#7370# )

Do the update!

Do the restore!

DONE!!!

I updated na c3-00 and nw i started gettin software problem , ovi store not opening, messages are hidden and even not deleted , many certificates not workin during downloading . Plz help ..

I formatted my mobile but nothing happend , hidden messages nor deleted not opening , ovi store still not opening showing "conflicting items"
