Hi Nokia C2 03 unit, i'm sorry to lodge a complaint . I'm really disappointed wit this mobile having lots of problem

1- Video player- nokia team one more problem in C2-03 its video player is very disappointing. It always shows " This media may not play well in your phone". please update or resolve it also.

2- Music Player- Music player not having any way to add songs in play list. You can only add songs by playing the perticular song. And no equiliser

3- Messaging- no way to make Memory card default storage for messages.

4-THe C2-03 lacks some of the basic features of touch screen phones.
especially in messaging application we do not find the marking option to delete selected messages ,and if you delete any message from the phone the message scrolls back to the first message.its a very painstaking task to delete some of the messages from the inbox without mark option.

5- I am not able to view the contacts only in sim or on device, the software displays all the contacts togethe

6-The lack of option to "REORGANIZE ARRANGEMENT OF ICONS IN GRID MENU"

7-There is No option to Type message without opening slide keypad- please add onscreen keypad and if we attempt to give text in any application there must open slide without these nokia should provide on screen touch keypad like samsung champ.

8-No video streaming

9-there is no option for changing or disablling the screen lock time

10-The dailer on homescreen has
only call option also put save option

11-No option o create user defined access point or Configuration settings

I too face also these problems .... I think they made the phone and forgot it.
