Server access issue and can't download files on C1-01

Im using a nokia c1-01 and its giving me problems about the server acces. I Cant danload files and there is no software update

Please tell us more about your concern so we can better assist you. What's the exact issue about the server access? What files that you can't download? Have you tried using Nokia Suite to check the software update?
