You can only remove apps or software using the nokia pc suit. and even then its flaky, there is no option to force uninstall any thing. and more troublesome apps stay running so the utility is kind of use less.
Here are the stemps.
- Download and install Nokia PC suit
- Connect your phone via bluetooth or USB (bluetooth requires pairing)
- Click on the item Circled in blue -- see screen shot
- Another window will launch showing all installed apps
- Select the app you want to un-install, shown by arrow -- see screen shot
- Click on Delete button (high lighted in yellow --- see screen shot
- Good possiblity you will get error application is in use try again later, even if you are not using the app and have exited the app as best as you possibly can.
