Default password is 12345. If you have set your own but do not remember it..the ONLY way to get it reset is thru' Nokia Care . You need to carry a proof of ownership (Bill / Invoice) ...

To reset your phone go to Menu > Settings > Restore factory settings > Restore all. If you’re prompted to enter a lock code/security code enter 12345 unless changed.
