Thanks for your post and welcome to the forum.
Have you tried a software update yet? An update or reinstallation of the current software fixes most software issues, especially when you say a reset hasn't helped.
Connect your phone to Nokia Suite and click on the green arrow where you will be able to update the phone's software. If no update is displayed, you will be able to reinstall the current software. This option will be displayed in blue.
Don't forget to make a back up first to make sure you won't lose any data. You can do this with Nokia Suite via Tools > Back up. Simply restore the back up after you have performed the update via Tools > Restore.
Once you have updated the phone and have restored the back up, the phone will work like it should. Please get back to me if this resolves the issue, otherwise I can provide further support.
