I have tried to go back to the old Social, but no joy. always no connection available. Nokia is going to send me a debug version of social to try at some point for me to send them the logs back
I am also having the same issue with 'connection failed and connection unavailable' - driving me nuts! Have also tried doing a soft and a hard reset and reinstall and nothing!
I still getting the same problem still with C7 social on 3 network , my wife has C6 on T mobile every thing is fine, I ma getting connection unavailable .
But not only on social ,,, I am getting this for Accuweather widget, CNN apps, Nearby widget with new Nokia Maps, and National geo that comes with the phone, even after than 5 hard resets ..
Am I the only one....
The internet is fine ,Internet browser is fine ,, but the wierd thing is ,, accuweather and CNN has a widget ,,and they are behaving like if the home screen widget was offline ,, like when I had Anna ,, but here in Belle there is no turning off and on home screen....
I tried soft resets many times
hard resets many times
reinstall the Belle from the nokia suites many times
Uninstall the scoial and rinstall it from the OVI store
For a second I thought I am the only one ,,,,, but the question is ,,,, do you know any one who has C7 on 3 and has no problem "connection unavailble" when using many applications , such as Sccial and others i mentioned above ,,???, I met yesterday a person ,,who replaced the phone and gave up saying that nokia symbian is hopeless ,, he got new android something...
I did contact 3 they said that I should contact nokia ,, I wrote to nokia they asked me to reinstall scoial ,,and I replyed that I did and it did not work.
Please if you know any one who has C7 on 3 working perfectly ,, let us know,,

Same here. I even went to a nokia service centre and they still failed to fix the problem.
Nokia should really look into this problem.

This is fixed on next version of Social Networking client. Unfortunately I have not the delivery date yet.
After countless hours on the phone
3 visits to the Care point
Handsets sent off to Nokia
twice given a brand new replacement handset
Still not working!!!
Suggest you all give up and go to Android as I am doing.
Nokia - It is a software problem with Belle, it is not a problem with my phone, the web is rife with people having this problem and you still refuse to fix it.
Most people change phone every 18-24 months

Bit of a rant, but just been on again trying to sort it and was just told to do everything I already have, then she hung up on me!
Having the same problems - Social, NatGeo, Check In - "Network not available. Please, try again later!". There is some network problem with the Bell update. Come on, guys, it's ridiculous to have 2 pages of comments, complaining about one and the same problems and only one reply from a Nokia person, saying that there wil be an update some day.....
I sent the device to Nokia Care point ,,, no result .. Nokia competly neglect the C7 on 3 network ,, I spend 8 month trying to solve this issue I fed up .....
