When in texting, do you see the keypad in the display ? Tap on the keypad icon and see if there is option for 'HANDWRITING' ..

There is no on screen keyboard and no option of handwriting but nokia assures handwriting recognition for c2-03

Though Handwriting recognition is mentioned at Nokia_Europe site..no such mention on the Nokia_India site ... May be the feature is Region specific as mentioned on the European site...(Handwriting recognition for Chinese (available in selected markets)
