a yeara nd half ago i brought nokia c6-01 . now its touch screen started cre4ating problems. i went to nokia care they said as c6-01 is no longer available in market so its imposible to repair my set. still i gave them and they took it without making any official entery and wthout any reciept. i waited for near about two months and asked again and again. after 2 months they handed me a c6-01 and said it was a new piece but when i usede it also had touch problems. i checked imei to confirm that it was somer other set or am being fooled. it was some other imei. i went again to nokia care with sad heart as i loved my set very much , they charged 1500 rupees unofficially and still the set they gave had some portion of touch screen that didn`t even repsponded to touch and i have to use it horizontal to select some menu options. when i again complained i was assured to get help by replacing touch when ever it will be available.. untill that i can wait and feel as i am fooled......i love this model very much.. am not that much financially strong to bear a such loss... please if possible guide me as this whole incident made my mind go blank...i do not know what to do aor how to ask for help....please guide asap...

but its nokia care in first place that misguided me how can they help in this matter when they are the one who made fool out of me.... the set they claimed to change is a repaired one instead of repairing my phone it is some other imei, means someone's else phone not the one i gave to get repaired.... am asking for help in solving this problem technically, and what should i do and how...
Nokia Support is a different department from Nokia Care Point. They handle complaints or technical assistance, providing further assistance on your concern. Contact them and describe to them your concern so that they could assist you and provide you with appropriate resolution on this matter.
