[need advice] touchscreen not responding on some parts

hi guys, i have nokia c6-01, my touch screen is not working at the top and in one psegment at the middle..other than this two part its working good. is there anyway to reapir that or do i have to replace the touch screen (digitizer). can somebody give me an idea of how much it will cost and any online store in india ?
