no ovi store or maps after hard resetting my c7 belle !!!

please help me.. today i've done a hard reset with three fingers on my nokia c7 with belle and didnt find the store or the maps in nokia updates!! i tried the nokia store from the beta labs but it says "unable to install"... please help me :smileysad:

Dear badrmizher,

 

You will need to re-install the Belle update in order to have a complete installation.

Please connect your Nokia C7 to your PC with Nokia Suite.

 

Now go to the software update option in Nokia Suite.

 

Here you will find the option to again reinstall belle in your device.

Click on it and it will again redirect you to follow the procedure.

Or you will need to go to your nearest Nokia care to get your firmware reinstalled. Remember not to indulge in 3 finger reset on belle devices. You wont get updates for any of the built in apps unlike in Anna.
