nokia c6-00 battery not giving backup

i have nokia c6-00 

 

my mobile's battery not giving enough backup...(only 3 hours after full battery charged)

 

even i have purchased new battery of nokia original BL-4J(replaced 2 times but not backup)

also tried ERD battery....(replaced 4 times but no positive result)

 

but no one giving backup

 

no water damage, no body damage, no short circuit....

 

plz suggest me in this regard as soon as posible...

How do you know ? Have you got it inspected thru' Nokia Care . If not, do that ...
