If you forget your Nokia Account password and cannot log into Discussions, simply follow the "Forgot your password?" link below the password field.
Forgotten your Nokia Account username or e-mail address?
If you cannot remember your Nokia Account login details, you will need to contact your local Nokia Care line. You can find details by clicking the "Contact us" link in the support pages of the Nokia website for your country.
Terminate your Nokia Account?
From time to time, we receive requests to close members' accounts. Your account with Nokia Support Discussions is linked to your Nokia Account that you use to log into other Nokia services, we cannot access your account.
You can, however, terminate your Nokia account yourself if you so desire. All you need to do is log into http://account.nokia.com and click the "Terminate account" link on the menu at the left side of the page. You will then be reminded of all of the services that are linked to your Nokia Account, and prompted to re-enter your password - once you complete this step, you can no longer user the account.
If you are considering terminating your Nokia Account, we urge you to note carefully these points:
- You will no longer have access to any of the services linked to your Nokia Account or any data that you have stored in them.
- You will lose rights to re-download any content that you have downloaded from Nokia Store or Nokia Music. In the case of Nokia Music, we recommend that you ensure that you have safe backups of all purchased music.
- You will lose any credit remaining in Nokia Music. Refunds cannot be given as a result of voluntary account termination, so you are recommended to spend your Nokia Music credit before terminating your Nokia Account.
- You will lose any remaining subscription time in Nokia Music Unlimited.
