hi all,

  When I recieve a call or have a missed call I receive no info on who called, I know that the callers are in my contact list and I have also called my mobile from my wifes phone and my landline to test this.

In the call log the only info is the call and (no number)

Any advice please?

You're right but try this, press the left top key, then select use number and then edit. The phone will show you the number.

Maybe u Saved the Number Twice...

Example, if the number is 123 and u saved the number under two names like 'ABC' and 'XYZ' and u received a call from 123, then u will not see the name of the caller. All you will see is 123.

Deleting the name if you can't see the Double.. And try Calling it by Dialing the number not from the Recent call List. If there is another one then the name will show up. (Caution Keep a Backup of the Number you are going to Delete)...
