hello,

since i upddate my software on nokia e5-00, it apears that my battery don t last 3-4 days like always ,it last only 1 day.

when i look on the log i see  a huge page of connections like this:

direction out

type wlan

duration 00:00:07

send 2kb

recive 3 kb

so it conects to the wifi every 10 seconds!

i don`t know why because i don t install any software on the phone and the show wlan availability is turned off...

please help me, because if i don`t solve this problem i will turn to e61i!!!

See if this helps -

Go into Settings > Connection > Wireless LAN

and change the setting "Show WLAN availibility" to "Never".

I am not quite 100% sure what the setting is for, but I think it turns off checking for available wifi connections. Wifi still does function even with this turned off.

I  am having the wifi issue, wondering why Nokia technical staff doesn't add content on these forums, do they have technical staff?
