If you have a lot of pictures and/or videos, please sync them to Nokia Suite. Then delete the ones from the phone you don't necessarily need there.

If you don't have too many pics/videos, then make sure you have some memory free. Please have a look at the user guide, page 176. If you have free memory as well, try to reinstall the phone software. The process is the same as when updating with Nokia Suite, but at the end select "Reinstall"

In case it's still slow, make a backup with Nokia Suite. Type in *#7780# followed by lock code (default is 12345). This is soft reset, no data lost. The settings will be restored to factory state. You can also type in *#7370#. This is hard reset, phone memory will be wiped. Restore back up.

i have reset soft doesn't work.........same problem occurs..........i have updated with new version 091.001 latest.

Have you tried to free some memory and made sure you don't have huge amount of pics/videos in the phone? You can also go to Nokia Store > Options > Account > Settings > Installation preferences > Select memory card if you have one.

Then delete applications that you have installed to phone memory by going Menu > Applications > Installations > Select application > Options > Remove. You can also see the amount of free memory by going Options > Memory details > Phone memory.
