I have seen an E5 with share online installed. Mine does not. Can't update what I do not have. Any one have or know where to get ??

Look here: http://europe.nokia.com/support/learn-how/sharing-and-blogging .  The web site looks a bit out of date, but you should get version 4.3.  (Version 4.3.10.09 came preinstalled on my E73.)

As I type this, your post is the top entry in the "Latest Discussions" field on the above site.  Hehe.

Same problem here...you have a Frankenstein phone like me. Stripped of facebook and other apps including share online by your service provider!

Was this issue ever resolved? Downloading from the link above does not work b/c it will not install without the "base package".

Has anyone had success taking a Nokia e5 that does not have this feature and installing or re-installing software resulting in the feature working??

I'll take the collective non-resopnse as a NO -- so, Nokia sells phones that are stripped down based on your provider? I guess that's the case. Would be nice to know those things before purchase.
