E63 - Welcome Note Image Location

Hi
My brother has a Nokia E63 and the "Welcome Note" is a nice photo of our father who has sadly died recently.

We don't have any other copy of this photo so we would like to find a way to copy the photo from the phone. Unfortunately, we're unable to find where the phone has stored the photo - it doesn't seem to be held under "Images".

Please can you tell us where the Welcome Note photo is stored on my Nokia E63 and whether we need to do anything special to copy it?

Many Thanks

John

Re: E63 - Welcome Note Image Location

Sorry no idea where it would be contained, somewhere at a low level inside the device. Originally, the photo for the Welcome Note would have been selected from a source file (e.g. photo). Have you tried checking under the other folders? Another option is to connect your E63 in Mass Storage mode and select Show Hidden Files in Windows Explorer, and search for it that way.

Upon E63 image could be stored upon phone or memory card. Try going to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Personalisation > Themes > Wallpaper > Options > Change > scroll down the list until you find image of your father and title should be visible beside it!
