E65: Real Player sound too soft

Hi, I dont know whether its the software problem or the phone problem but even in its maximum volume,its too soft to hear till i have to put my ear closer to the speaker just to listen to the video.But the mp3 player is good and has a very loud,comfortable to hear sound.Its far louder than the video's maximum volume.Please tell me if there is a way to make the video sound louder.
