Ok so I have an  E7, product code 59G0G5 (Middle East), It says on the website that Belle is available for me but the nokia suite or my software update app wont show me that it is available. I m in Pakistan. My friend has a N8 but he was able to successfully download the Belle.
Any idea what problem i m facing?

the nokia ovi suite started the download and after it stops. i cant make the update

The UPDATE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE. what is happening with ovi suite ?

Atleast it shows available for you.
Mine says "No updates found. Evrything is up to date"

yes, it shows, but in 3 days nothing happend

You got your e7 from middle east ... maybe its not available for that batch of phones yet. The batch that was sent to asia pacific might have been given a go for the update

I checked on the nokia site.....the country i purchased it from plus my product code both say it is available.

if you have the latest nokia suite running and still issue persists best solution would be to vist ncc they will upgrade it for you.
