E7 Rebooting - Contacts Getting Duplicated or Deleted

Hi,

 

I have been facing this issue foir several weeks now. Some contacts get deleted others get duplicated/ replicated 3-4 times.

 

Also the phone starts rebooting on it's own several time sduring the day

 

On the advice of the Nokia Care I did a restore factory setting however the issue still persists.

 

Can someone help please ?

Did you try going to Contacts > Options > Settings > Contacts to Display to check which memory is in used?

You may try re-installing the software of the device with the help of Nokia Suite.

Are you using the new Nokia sync to backup your contacts? if so then this could be the problem, I've used this 'feature' & I've found that my contacts either get duplicated, deleted or the information is restored to previous details even though all I'm doing is syncing the information. Support are supposed to be looking into the problem but I haven't heard anything further as to whether they can replicate the problem.
