@johnny2012
Is this a "one off" and device functioning or increasingly happening since updating to Belle?

If the warning came during the update and the phone no longer works you may have to take to a Nokia Care Point to be reflashed, if you can start the phone with a Three finger reset, try to reinstall Belle. If the phone has started misbehaving after completing the update, then as mentioned before, do a reset and reinstall Belle.
Good Luck

Not really, you'd be best off taking it to a proper Nokia repair facility.
