Hi, my left side screen is not working anymore. When i press the 'a' it gives me the 'S' and so on so 'q,a, z' cannot be typed in touchscreen mode. Obviously when the screen is rotated to landscape all the buttons down there won't respond while the rest of the screen will. Please advise. I have all the latest updates.

Keep volume down, camera and menu continually depressed then power on releasing power button only after first vibration and the other three after Nokia "Shaking hands" logo appears.

Please remember to backup anything of value upon E:\ Mass memory prior to reset.


If this fails you need to take device to a nokia care point..

ok will try hrd reset. No nokia care points in mauritius though. Just crooks. Some even pretending to be approved.
