Is there a master switch on the data connections that will instantly turn off any GPRS/UTMS/3G/HSPDA connection when going to another country?

I currently have a few applications setup since I have unlimited data on my home network, and I don't want them active when roaming. Some of these applications are not roaming aware. The simplest would be to simply turn off the data connections completely.

Is there a menu option to do this? Any help is appreciated - I'm dreading the carrier charges!

Try Psiloc Connect (http://connect.psiloc.com/). It does exactly what you as plus a little bit more. It costs €9.95, but it saves me much more!
