I have problems setting up email and internet connection after hard resetting the phone. "Installation package not found" it says during email setup process. Settings were sent by service provider (Virgin mobile) by text and saved. If I press the dedicated button  to access web - an error message comes up: "HTTP Server error 503 - no available server to handle this"

Also tried to reinstall Adobe reader, and apparantly no suitable driver available from adobe though adobe reader used to be installed on the phone.

Can anyone help? Many thanks, much appreciated.

Re: E71

You can do the soft reset or update/re-install the software of the phone using the Nokia Suite. Soft reset can be done by going to Menu > Tools > Settings > General > Factory settings > Enter the security code. The default code is 12345 unless changed.

You can use the link below for the step-by-step procedure on how you can update/re-install the software:

For the Adobe Reader, it's best to contact the developer of the application if they'll allow their application to be compatible with your phone.

Hope this helps. :smileyhappy:
