Hello again everybody..
I have no news from the "front" unfortutantely but I wanted to state that predictive text does not affect that bug at all.
Once you learn how to type really fast without looking at the keyboard at all, this phone is a major annoyance. Especially when you have to write lots of mail. Thanks to Profimail though this can me bypassed but still, it should work out of the box since its meant for this type of use.
I've tried multiple different applications to check if there's a solution or something that could help us forget about the problem, but every application that uses the system application for typing and not their own, faces the same problem.

If I was faced with this problem, honestly, I would ask the ProfiMail guy. He may not know how Nokia writes/compiles their software, but he knows ProfiMail. And if he's as much a geek as many of us, he'll like a good software mystery.
Ask him if he's aware of any changes to the 3rd Edition FP2 text input API, because the all system applications exhibit a slowdown problem and ProfiMail does not. (Does QuickOffice have a typing problem, too? That's obviously also not Nokia software.) Even if he doesn't know, as a customer, he should still respond to your request.
I know Nokia has some "secret" API's, for which you need to pay money to get the details. Maybe they also recently updated their compiler, while ProfiMail uses and older version? I think the answer is ultimately going to be something like that. Good luck!!!

Well I actually bought myself a brand new E-5 so I took care of the problem hehe!
But as we speak Im installing E72's new firmware and I will see if the problem still exists.
Other than that, E5 feels a lot better while doing pretty much anything. It doesnt freeze whatsoever, it has more RAM available, and typing is a lot better.
Its only the feel of the phone that makes it a bit cheaper but who cares, it wins in functionality.
