E75 Silent Profile access key

A long press on the # key is supposed to switch between selected profile and "Silent".

 

Mine simply brings up a totally unrelated section of my contacts.

 

Anyone have any ideas?

This is a long-standing issue with E-series phones.

 

If your network operator supports two lines, then the # key switches between them, it doesn't turn on silent mode.

Thanks Andrew!

This is exactly what it's doing.....after displaying some contacts it asks if I want to switch between the phone lines.

I will check with my network provider if they can disable this for me.
