Hi,
It's never too late to ask ![]()
What is your firmware and device E90? type *#0000#
Problems sound very weird. Have you also activated the licence?
Open NCC application to activate it.
My caller ID field cannot be modified. You wiil get ID from CUCM

Hi,
What other applications you have installed to your phone?
Is it possible you to test NCC with clean phone?

Hi pamahone,
many thanks! I fully reset my phone and now it works!
Later i'll try to find why it is not works before reset..
And now one more simple question - where to buy this app?

Hi,
I'm happy to hear it's now working.
You can order full licence code from Cisco channel or from web (eg. Google NOK-SCCP-CCM-01=).
It has the name Intellisync but don't worry about it.

Hi pamahone.
I've installed the trial on a E71. Everything was ok. After the trial period, i've bought NOK-SCCP-CCM-01=. I received it from my Cisco distributor. But on the license I can't find the 12 character number useful to unlock the license. What shall I do now?

Hello,
Is there 11 digit long code in your purchase information letter?
If there is just add 0 to begin of the code and try again.

Yes, I have 11 characters. I will try and I'll let you know.
Thank you.
Gianpaolo.

Hi. You can buy it in the CISCO Channel, I mean you must ask to a Cisco Reseller/Distributor the product NOK-SCCP-CCM-01 (may vary if you have CCM or CME).
Bye

HHello Team,
I installed the trial version of Nokia ICC on E71. I am trying to register onto my call manager. It shows 'no active profile' onto the phone display.

Hi, I'm a simple user, and not part of the Nokia team.
However I will try to help you the same.
First of all, which kind of Call Manager do you have? Version Number?
Bye.

I'm using E71 with Communication Manager 6.1. In effect, looking at the documentation, the compatibility with Call Manager 4.x must be guaranteed.
However i tell you that you must configure it as an ip phone 7970, putting the mac address of the E71/E90. Then restart the phone and try to link it to your Wireless LAN correctly. Entering the Intellisync software you'll find a profile automatically.
Did you find all the documentation about Intellisync in the Cisco Website?

Hello guys,
Documentation can be found from here:
