Green display on stand-by, grainy display when unlock on E7

Hi

 

I woke up one morning and the colour on my phone was faded, with time I can not see any words though phone seem fine. Calls come hrough but since I can see any display to respond, I just can not answer.

 

No display on phone just green light and whitish grainy display when unlocked. Is it the OS or my phone is faulty? I have restarted several times but not hard reset yet.

 

Any Help or Advise?
