The E71x is AT&T's modified version of the E71, only sold in the US, so it will never normally come with support for Asian languages.

 

In some countries, it is possible to have support for additional languages added by a Nokia service point, though from what I've heard US service points are very restrictive in what they do, but it's worth a try. There is no way for you to add this support yourself without invalidating your product warranty and risking damaghe to the phone.
