after updating to belle, it is difficult to unlock/lock using the trigger... Suppose if the phone is locked, when the trigger i locking pulled, it unlocks for a second and gets locked again.

Reinstall the Firmware and check. I am not ssure about the compatibility, but if you re-install using the NSU may give better results.

Pl. post the results after you do this..

Yes. A silly bug introduced by Belle. No solution yet... We're all waiting for Nokia to release some set of bug fixes for Belle...

(This bug being one of the more glaring ones they should fix...)

Well, I just bought a used E6, so I never used Anna before.

 

As much as this annoys me, I'm happy to see that this isn't a hardware-bug... so it can actually be fixed ;-)
