I just had a reapir of my E52 and 081.003 was installed. When I got it the main menu was there and I was able to switch between personal and professional Modi.

Then I restored contacts etc from a backup from when it ran 071.014.

Now it is impossible to switch btw. pers. and prof. modi. Even when I click the prof. modi it stays "personal".

furthermore, the icons on the first page has disappeared, and it is no longer possible to add any in the modi menu, (there is no "data window" in the Program shorcuts entry, so there is no way to add entries).

What has happened? How can I get it back?

A soft or reset is very likely to fix this issue. 

I advise you to perform a soft reset first: type *#7780# on your phone's keypad. Default lock code is 12345. 

If the issue persists, back up your data using Nokia Suite. Once your data is fully backed up, perform a hard reset: type *#7370# on the keypad. 

If you still encounter further issues after the resets, please contact your local Nokia Careline for after sales support.

Thanks. That got the menu back.

I lost the setup for Exchange, so I had to configure the email for Exchange.

The only thing that disturbs me now is a blinking small email icon up to the right. I assume it means that I have unread mail, but browsing though my two accounts reveal no unread mails. Could it be some that are not on the phone? (One of my accounts have a rather large amount of mails dating way back).
