Yes, my E6 is running Belle and I am quite happy with its performance.
The biggest drawback is the absence of a proper email/message/whatsoever notification. 
Even more frustrating is the fact that Nokia does nothing about it. Nokia Mail is "my home screen", as email use is quite heavy.
I've recently stumbled across a rumour that Nokia probably had everything we wanted in place (look at these 2011' photos on flickr) but they had to remove it from the final firmware due to pushmail licensing issues ... that's a bummer.
