Hello All,

I Purchased Nokia E5 on 1 May 2012 , Now a day’s ITs going in Hanging state many time in a day ,

Sometime I need to restart It.

I reset it to factory setting but, no help.

Please provide guidelines. (Software Is up to date)

First back up ALL your data and try a hard reset
Type in *#7370# and if prompted for a security code its 12345

Try reinstall the latest update if you can.

Is it the same without the Memory Card inserted ? If the problem goes, you may back-up data on the MC onto your PC and Format the Card. Then insert the MC and check again ...

I have formated the Memory card and I thought It will work but cell is still hanging

Please provide me alternative solution, do I need to Go to Service station ?

Its only 6 month I purchace this phone. Thinking of purchasing Othe company Phone
