Nokia E5: No audio, all sound not working

All sound has stopped working on my Nokia E5 phone. Not only incoming call and SMS alerts but all sounds, including video or with speaker function enabled.

Is this a persistent problem with the Nokia E5?

Audio settings have been reset.
Factory reset performed.
Hard boot performed.
SMS message deleted, including sent.

Still no sound. Any advice would help!

is this a continuous issue?
have you tried checking for an update?
hard reset *#7370# security code is 12345
if you choose to hard reset BACK UP ALL DATA
if nothing works take device to a nokia care point.

I am having the same problem with my cell phone. can anyone help me how to get the above mentioned problem solved. i have tried hard reset as well

If you have tried "hard reset" can only suggest  that you also try re-installing existing software using Nokia Suite upon PC after taking backup of essential data. Have you tried using a headset with the device, as if this functions it looks inreasingly likely that you may have a speaker "hardware" issue and trip to Nokia Care facility may now be indicated?

Thanks for the kind response, i tried everything at my end but it wasnt working. so i took it to nokia care center, they replaced its loudspeaker.
