Hey,

I have a problem with call barring, when i go outside my country i can make calls but cannot send any msg, cannot recieve any calls or msg.

When i check call barring it says password blocked - what to do?

This is an issue with your network service provider, you need to contact them to resolve it.

I did contact the and they send me to Nokia care - some1 told me that i need to reset the fne and install new software? will it help?

Sounds like they didn't understand the issue and have passed you on. You can try calling Nokia care but they will probably tell you to call the network.

Reinstalling new software shouldn't make any difference.
