1- When i chat with any body on WahtsApp and press call button i see the message that tell me close user group or rejected call and the call not completed... after that i try to call anyone from my contact or using the numbers from the key pad i mean i close the WhatsApp and try to call i have the same problem ... so i can't make any call from my new mobile.
2- If I restart my phone by power off and power on button at any time i find the the same massage (rejected call).
I'm try to find any solution for above problems
i find that if I power off my phone and replace my SIM card with another one and power on and make any call and power off again and replace my first SIM and power on again the phone will working.

I have no solution as to your problems. However, I saw this as an appropriate thread to report of my own problem with E6 and WhatsApp. After installing WhatsApp OVI-store-app started attempting to opening itself repeatedly. The only solution to stop this appeared to be to uninstall WhatsApp.

I believe that whatsapp is a very bad app for your phones...
1. eating the battery like a hungry polar bear during the summer.
2. temporarly/caching files files" floating around and just is laid to rest" in the phone and messing up.
I don´t have too much on this /just hold that informayion from others I know like that app), but I would stay away from that app until it is updated properly.
There are more people that having problems with that app.
I have been advised also to install the important apps on partition C, not mass memory nor the memory card slot. Like computers problem seems sometimes to live on its own and suddenly the problem is gone after hours of work, same thing with phones....
I am not using your app personally.
Gods speed
PS And yes, we have polar bears working as poo peekers in the very north of Sweden DS
Sorry, many long days here....

@ tamertolba
What are you talking about ???. The people above have exchanged their experiences, And according to the current state of "whatsapp" the best thing to do at the moment is to uninstall it, As that looks like what is causing you your problems.
As for sorting out your problem so that "whatsapp" plays nice with your phone, I would suggest you (aswell as others who are having problems with "whatsapp") get in contact with the developer of the "whatsapp" application and tell them your problem.

I found the solution
First before starting backup all data on your phone (contact – messages – photos – videos – audio files - ……).
We will start format the E6 by dialing this code *#7370# it will take mints.
Your E6 will restart.

formatting my entire phone seems a bit rigorous to me. Isn't there any other way to just uninstall and install Whatsapp again? I installed too many apps already and personalized my entire phone. I don't feel like doing that again and besided, I don't have the time to do it all over again. Any suggestions? Anybody?

Hey I've run into similar problems with my c7. The culprit is CUG and Symbian Anna.. Anna seems to mess up CUG when third-party apps like Whatsapp are installed..
For me, the following works whenever the problem appears
Phone and management>phone and sim> closed user group
here play around with the options i.e. turn it off and then on or select default.. i usually select on and type in my CUG number(65535) again

Hi Alisson Tmz,
Welcome to the Forum.
Is your E6 up to date? To compare your current version with the latest software release, enter *#0000# on your keypad. If you device needs to be updated, I would suggest you to download Nokia suite, connect your phone to your computer and update it.
Make sure an active internet connection is working when you install the WhatsApp on your device.
