Hello, lately I've been having problems with my nokia e6-00 with regards to sending text messages. First I've tried doing some suggestions I've found in the internet like deleting other messages and clearing up some memory space. However, the problem still persists. I can receive text messages normally. I can also receive and initiate phone calls. But when I send messages, it always fails to send. I tried to defer sending then send the message again but it does not work.
I also tried resetting the phone and tried to send message again. I've noticed the pattern that I can send JUST THE FIRST message after the reset and after that the succeeding messages fails to send again....
I will gladly appreciate other suggestions in helping me solve this problem. Thank you

When you go into Messaging, go to the Settings menu and select Text message. Ordinarily, when your phone goes through its automatic setup it receives this information from your carrier and adjusts the settings for you. There is a possibility of these settings becoming altered, though and it might be worth checking them out. The first step is to make sure all of the settings have values assigned, primarily a Message centre setting along with a Message centre in use setting, and a Preffered connection setting. If these are empty, or seem "off," you might want to contact your carrier to get these values. Symbian^3/Anna/Belle do not have the Settings Wizard app to find this for you automatically.
