Nokia E6-Hotmail Problem

Hi

 

I have linked my Hotmail account to my Nokia E6 phone.

 

I typed a long email and saved it as draft.

 

However when I later tried to open the draft email, the email does not open.

 

Instead, I am brought back to the main screen.

 

Is there a way to fix this?

Hi timtime,

 

Welcome to the Nokia forum.

 

If you're unable to open the draft you saved, it won't be possible to access it anymore. I would delete and reconfigure the email account to make sure any potential bugs in the account are gone so that you can prevent this from happening in the future. 

 

Press on the messaging icon > Select the email account > Press and hold > Delete. 

When the account has been deleted, press on New mail box and reconfigure the account.
