Hi,
my suggestion is to check your SMS/MMS inbox and what your Conversation compartment shows? What about Apps - what is the default location for the installed apps on your phone? And the last - do you regulary delete your Mail?

I suggest you use the filemanager in the phone to find out what takes up space
In the phone go to Menu -> Applications -> Office -> File mgr.
Long press on Phone memory (old your finger over Phone memory for about 2 seconds)
Choose Details
You should then get a list of all folders and also an idea how much content is in each folder.
Also try and empty the Temporary Internet Files from the phones web browser.
In the phone go to Menu -> Web
At the bottom right of your screen press the cicle with two arrows (<<)
Choose Settings -> Privacy -> Clear privacy data -> All

Thank you for posting and welcome to Nokia forum! ![]()
Nokia Store phone client is not working:
1. Make sure that the phone runs the latest software version.
2. Check the network quality. If the connection is poor the Store application or downloading applications may not work correctly.
Try to use alternate connection types such as WLAN, 3G or GPRS/EDGE. If there is still issues with network coverage user must contact the network operator for assistance.
3. Clear the cached memory on the phone.
4. Uninstall and reinstall your Nokia Store application. Nokia Store client for Symbian^3 devices can be downloaded also from http://lr.ovi.mobi/store/new-symbian-3 directly to phone or download the package to your PC and install it via Nokia Suite.
After you update the client for Nokia Store try to download the latest version of Nokia Maps.

thanks a ton for trying to solve my problem. But it dint solve my problem. Its an issue with almost all Belle phones. My N8 Suffered a lot because of it. I request nokia to look after this issue and release a stable update for all those phones suffering with belle.
No search in Music player
Lots of bugs and OS crashes.
Fix just these two and release proper phones like E71, N95 8GB, Lumia 920 and nokia will rule the mobile world.

Have a read on this guide http://discussions.nokia.com/t5/Pool-of-Knowledge/
If your phone indicates the memory is full, remove unneeded applications and content from your phone memory.
If you get a message that there is not enough memory when you are deleting several items at the same time, delete items one by one, beginning with the smallest items.
Copy content you want to keep to the mass memory, to a compatible memory card (if available), or to a compatible computer. If possible, install applications to the mass memory or memory card, rather than the phone memory.

There's more to this than the moderator implies. I have memory full but actually when you go into file manager as per one of the posts above and do file manager / details, it says 131MB free. So either Ovi suite cant read the phone right, or file manager is wrong. Either way one piece of nokia software is faulty.
Other problems with Belle on the E6
- cant zoom into webpages enough to read them
- cant use the email app, font too small to read (looks to me like Belle is designed for smartphones with big screens and someone at nokia forgot to support the E6)
- phone wont back up in nokia suite (cos of the memory full that isnt maybe?)
- cant sync messages any more either (memory full problem?)
Anyone know how to roll back to the previous version of the OS? It was a great phone til Belle came along and trashed it. My network tech support aint much help...
