If it's still not working after removing the battery for 10 minutes then it most likely has a hardware problem.

You need to visit a nokia care point and they will be able to help you.

If the keypad is dead there are no other ideas that you can try. It is against the rules of this forum to discuss disassembly so the care point or a phone repair shop are your only option.
