When I press and hold the menu, it appears that three icon : [Main] +[ Menu] + [Standby]

 

Wow to delete that icon [Main]?

What appears when you select "Main"?  I don't think this is a new program on your phone, just a hidden process (there are lots of them) that for some reason has become un-hidden.  Unless the phone is now running slower or uses more memory, you should be safe to ignore it.
